This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Ravoro Limited, trading as Ziamore ("Ziamore", "we", "us") on ziamore-online.com. Please read it together with our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy.
We ship worldwide. The countries available to you are shown in the country selector and at checkout. If an order is placed with a delivery address we cannot serve, we will cancel it and refund it in full.
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or parcel lockers.
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Any shipping cost, if applicable to your region, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or on holidays are processed the next business day. Handling time is 1 to 2 business days, after which your parcel is handed to the carrier.
Delivery time = handling time (1 to 2 business days) + transit time. Typical transit times after dispatch:

These are estimates provided by carriers, not guarantees. Remote areas, peak periods, customs inspections, weather and events outside our control can extend delivery times.
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched. You can also follow your parcel at any time via Track your order.
All orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties, customs fees and applicable taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be asked to pay anything further on delivery. Ravoro Limited is the exporter of record; the carrier handles customs clearance on our behalf.
Please check your shipping address carefully. If you notice an error, contact us at info@ziamore-online.com immediately; we can change the address only until the order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because the carrier could not deliver it and it was not collected, we will contact you. Re-shipping is possible at your cost; alternatively we will refund the order minus the cost of the return transport.
If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days after the end of the estimated delivery window, email info@ziamore-online.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice.
If a parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item before disposing of anything and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can arrange a replacement or refund and file a claim with the carrier.
If your order contains several items, we may ship them separately so that you receive each item as soon as it is ready. You will receive a tracking number for each parcel. There is no additional charge for split shipments.
